My last creation. I have been in the need of some new end tables.( since a certian someone shattered one of mine). Money isn't flowing out of our pockets so I decided to look around and found a couple of end tables that have good shapes to them and re finished them. Pottery Barn end tables for $350. just don't work in this house.
So anyways here is the before and after of my salvation army find.( actually mel found them and I jewed them down to $10/each)

I'm sure that we all have great stories of our kiddies saying the cutiest things but I just have to share with you Mya's saying of the day.
Do you remember scratch and sniff. Well I came across a valentines book at chapters that is scratch and sniff and I couln't just leave it their so I purchsed it.
I haven't seen scratch and sniff forever. Anyways I brought it home and I think that Chris and I had more fun with it than the kids. It brought back memmories and the smell is still the same. TO funny.
Anyways I was reading the book with the kids tonight and we were scratching and sniff and halfway through the book mya asks "can I itche it this time" .

Picture this: Christmas eve and the grandparents are over. We have just spent a great day together with the inlaws and sister in laws. Having christmas dinner, opening up presents and going sleding. Everyone has left and we were all ready for our night sleeping by the fire waiting for Santa to arrive. We decided to open some gifts before we go to bed( we always do this so that christmas morning is more relaxed and the kids can just play) Everyone had opened a gift and it was my turn. .Chris gave me a grey Abercrombie & Fitch hoddie and I had put it on. Kanaan has just learnt to read this past school year( the means it has only been 4 months) As he is reading my shirt he says if there was a "B" in stead of a "F" it would spell.........and I stop him and we all just started laughing. How do they learn so fast!

Well it has come to my attention that My husband doesn't like this thing called "BLOGGING" or as he puts it Exposing everyone to our lives. So I have to watch what I post. I don't know what the big deal is but somehow he is receiving information.( I know who it is!)
